Omnion Consulting, LLC was formed in Cambridge, Mass. by a long-time Oracle consultant, Mark J.McCormack, to fill a perceived need for a consulting firm that can help improve clients' return on investment (ROI) from implementations by also providing process improvement and change management services.

Values Statement
Omnion's business is based on the following values and principles:

  Software implementation is not enough. You need to spend time on business process improvements (BPI), training and change management, too.
  The cost of business process assessment, and the use of Lean Manufacturing, TQM™ and Route Cause principals and tools, will be more than offset by savings.
