Omnion Consulting, LLC was formed in Cambridge, Mass. by a long-time Oracle consultant, Mark J.McCormack, to fill a perceived need for a consulting firm that can help improve clients' return on investment (ROI) from implementations by also providing process improvement and change management services.
Values Statement
Omnion's business is based on the following values and principles:
•
Software implementation is not enough. You need to spend time on business process improvements (BPI), training and change management, too.
•
The cost of business process assessment, and the use of Lean Manufacturing, TQM™ and Route Cause principals and tools, will be more than offset by savings.
•
All processes must be carefully documented. You can't improve unless you know what you're improving on.
•
A high return on your Oracle E-Business Suite investment is not anaturally occurring consequence of implementation. Underlying business processes must be optimized to take full advantage of the applications.
•
Omnion will create and maintain long-term customer relationships by working directly with our clients to improve their processes and systems, and by introducing leading practices and trends to their organizations over the long term.
•
As an Oracle Partner, Omnion is knowledgeable about the latest Oracle tools, methods and trends.
•
Using process analysis and improvement, we will increase throughput by identifying and removing practices that fail to add value.
•
Every client is different. We will customize our services to best meet the long-term needs of our clients.
•
Omnion consultants will provide clients with the following additional benefits:
Eliminate lost time in IT management processes
Eliminate waste, resulting in increased productivity and efficiency
Increase the return on the application investment
Increase the return from internal resources
Free-up internal resources, so they can devote time to value-adding activities aimed at increasing revenues or reducing costs
Get the most out of what you have
Markets Served
Omnion typically serves companies with $50 million to $500 million in annual revenues. Although most clients have or expect to implement the Oracle E-Business Suite, we also work with non-Oracle customers who are seeking process improvements.
